How to Make Ricotta Cheese?

Steps:
1.In a deep bottom vessel add 8 cups whole milk. Bring it to a boil.

2. Add 3 tbsp Lemon Juice and 1 tsp salt.

3. Let it sit & simmer and the milk will curdle in a couple of minutes. Turn the flame off

3. Pour the curdled milk in a colander lined with a cheese cloth.

4. The curd will remain in the cheese cloth. Transfer it to a bowl for immediate use or transfer to an airtight jar and refrigerate till further use. It can be made 2 days in advance. You are ready to use this in Cheesy Chicken Lasagna or Quick Vegetarian Lasagna in a Mug Recipe .
