Place eggs in a bowl and cover them with lukewarm tap water.Ensure the water is not hot. Let the eggs rest in the water for about 5 minutes or until they are no longer cool to the touch. Tada! your eggs have been brought to room temperature.
On a microwave safe plate place the butter stick along with its wrapper on. Now place this plate in the microwave for 5 seconds on high power and heat it. Now flip the stick on its other side and again heat for 5 seconds on high power. Keep flipping the stick until you have heated all the four sides of butter stick. After 20-25 minutes the butter stick will be evenly melted right enough for baking just like a butter stick at room temperature.
